Called #5 ”Calling All Dads”

Scripture: Matthew 1:18-25

Summary:  The Called series continues as Scott presents the call to Joseph to be the earthly father of Jesus.  It was a difficult time that was totally unexpected when Joseph is called to accept the responsibility of being father to the Son of God.  Scott brings a message that speaks to all Dads as he explores the call to Joseph.

Summary:  What will you do when God calls?  In Exodus the story of Moses unfolds.  When God calls him, he offers several excuses explaining why he cannot answer God's call.  Scott looks at Moses' response as he attempts to "block" God's call.  Scott then challenges us to seek and answer God's call.

Summary:  In this final installment in the series, A Beginner's Guide to Church," Scott brings a message from Paul's letter to the church in Corinth.  This church faced the same challenges that the church today faces.  Uncertainty, opposition, power struggles, and disagreements were present in the church then and now.  How we deal with these challenges is the very thing Paul addresses in Chapter 16.
